Churn – Terms of Use

This section outlines the terms specific to the usage of Churn, an AI-powered predictive analytics tool provided by Payarc.

1. Beta Access

Churn is currently provided at no cost as part of a limited-time beta program. Payarc reserves the right to introduce pricing for this feature in the future, with no less than 30 days’ prior notice to affected users.

2. Feature Description

Churn uses AI and machine learning models to generate predictions on the likelihood of merchant/client attrition based on historical and real-time data. The purpose is to provide early indicators of potential client churn so that proactive retention efforts can be taken.

3. Data Usage

By enabling Churn, you authorize Payarc to process and analyze your account data, which may include (but is not limited to):

• Transaction history

• Merchant tenure

• Support interactions

• System usage metrics

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

Churn predictions are probabilistic and do not guarantee specific outcomes. You acknowledge that AI models have limitations and that business decisions made based on Churn outputs remain your sole responsibility.

5. Future Pricing

Use of Churn is currently free. Should Payarc elect to charge for Churn in the future:

• Pricing details will be shared via email and in-app notification;

• You will have the option to opt out of the feature;

• No charges will be applied without your explicit confirmation or subscription.

6. Changes and Termination

Payarc reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Churn feature at any time. You may stop using Churn at any time through your account settings.
